Director
Ms. Yang graduated with joint graduate program from University of Warwick and Polytechnic University of Hong Kong for the Master of Engineering Management, Amy has over 8 years global investment and asset management experiences, and been the angel investor for many technologies companies.
Dr. Bryan Au
Director and CEO
Dr. Bryan Au has over 30 years of experience in marketing communications in Greater China. Bryan was the co-founder of Strategic Media, the second largest OOH tv network in Guangzhou. Dr. Au served as the Chief Operating Officer of Pico Media Shanghai, China’s arm of the leading exhibitor Pico Far East Holdings Ltd. Bryan received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Hong Kong in and obtained his Master Degree in Finance from Baruch College at the City University of New York. He earned his Doctor of Business Administration from Apollos University in Montana, United States.
Mr. Parkson Yip
CFO
Parkson has over 25 years of extensive experience in senior management in a number of IT companies in Hong Kong and China. He actively participated in management roles in public listed companies in HKEX, as well as Nasdaq and OTC Markets since 2000, building up his experiences in managing public listed companies and compliance knowledge with the Hong Kong and US capital markets. Parkson graduated from Boston University with a BSc in Computer Engineering and started his career as software engineers in subsidiaries of IBM and Cisco in the USA.
